At Coastal Seashell Decor, we take pride in every product we offer — from our handcrafted coastal creations to our print-on-demand apparel and curated home decor. Please read our policy carefully as it varies by product type.

Handcrafted & Handmade Items Our handmade seashell crosses, seashell trees, trinket dishes, mirrors, and other hand-collected coastal creations are made with care and natural materials. Because each piece is one-of-a-kind, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will make it right with a replacement or refund.

Apparel & Accessories Our coastal apparel, graphic tees, tanks, and accessories are printed and fulfilled on demand by our production partners. Because these items are made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or change of mind. We strongly encourage you to review the size chart before ordering. If your item arrives with a print defect, wrong item, or damage, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we will send a free replacement at no cost to you.

Home Decor & Gifts For our curated coastal home decor items (wall art, blankets, rugs, shower curtains, etc.) fulfilled by third-party suppliers, we accept return requests within 14 days of delivery for items that are damaged, defective, or significantly not as described. Return shipping costs for non-defective items are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact us before returning any item so we can provide instructions.

How to Request a Refund or Replacement To initiate a return or replacement request, please email us at [your email] with:

• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item and packaging (required for damaged/defective claims)

We will respond within 2 business days.

Non-Returnable Items The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Printed Items ordered in the correct size/color with no defects
• Handmade items (unless damaged in transit)
• Sale or discounted items
• Digital products

Refund Processing Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
